Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using any Chrome extension/Firefox add-on ("extension") or Progressive web app/Mobile app ("app") developed by us ("we", "our", or "the developer"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use our extensions and apps.

These terms apply to current extensions and any future browser extensions, tools, apps, or web utilities we create and distribute.

2. Use of Extensions

You may use our extensions and apps for personal or non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the extension or app
  • Use the extension or app to distribute malicious or harmful content
  • Exploit or abuse features in a way that disrupts service or compromises security

3. Intellectual Property

All code, branding, features, and designs in the extension or app are the intellectual property of the developer unless otherwise stated. You may not reuse or redistribute parts of the code or assets without explicit permission.

4. User Content

Some of our extensions or apps may allow you to input, store, or sync data (e.g., tasks, notes, preferences). You retain ownership of this content. We do not claim rights to your data and will only access it as described in our Privacy Policies for each.

5. No Warranty

All extensions and apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees that the extension or app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices or browsers.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or issues arising from the use or inability to use our extensions or apps, including unintended behavior, browser changes, or extension/app updates.

7. Updates and Changes

We may update or modify our extensions or apps at any time, with or without notice. Features may be added, removed, or altered. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to disable or discontinue any extension or app at any time for any reason, including misuse or violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, unless overridden by local consumer protection laws.
